There will never be any hidden extras and nothing will ever be added to the rates after we quote you.
Pool heat? Already shown in the breakdown.
Internet? All part of the package.
AC? All included with temps higher or lower to suit you.
Cable TV? Upgraded HD package, naturally!
Hot Tub heat? Of course!
Game Room? You bet!
Cleaning fee? Exactly as shown in the quote.
Credit card fees? No way!
No hidden fees what-so-ever. The rate you pay is the exact rate we quote you on day one.

The deposit to secure your dates is $300 and the final balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. You are welcome to pay in installments if you prefer.
As soon as your deposit has been received, we'll send you a Reservation Confirmation that outlines your dates, payments made, balance due, payment date and everything else you need to know.
We offer a variety of payment methods including credit card, debit card, Paypal, check, bank transfer or over the counter at any branch of Bank of America if you have one locally.
Our guests from the UK can also pay into any branch of Nationwide, either electronically or by branch deposit, or you can pay by cheque.
If you have no preference, then a check is our preferred method and you can even email us an image of the front and back, which we can deposit in our bank electronically, to save you mailing the check.
There's really not much else you need to bring except your smile!
All linens, towels and bedding are provided and there are pool towels too which you are welcome to take to the beach.
So you don't have to worry about groceries as soon as you arrive, there will be a welcome grocery basket waiting for you with items such as coffee, sugar, milk, bread, butter, cookies, snacks, juice and soda.
Although vacation homes are self catering style, who wants to be bothered with the mundane stuff like cleaning products on vacation!
There will be plenty of trash bags, dishwasher tabs, dish detergent, cleaning items, scourers and cloths under the sink. You'll also find kitchen roll, sandwich bags, aluminum, Saran wrap, plastic knives, forks & spoons, napkins and plastic containers if you want to take snacks to the parks. There's a few cool boxes too and ice packs in the freezer.
We have a high efficiency washer and dryer and you'll find laundry detergent and conditioner in the utility room, together with an iron and ironing board.
In the bathrooms, there will be a full container of liquid hand soap with a refill in the cabinet, plus hotel style welcome amenities including shampoo, conditioner, lotion, shower gel, shower cap, mouthwash and facial soap.
We also have a 'Did you Forget' container in each bathroom containing various travel size items such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving foam, razors, sun block, ear plugs, deodorant, nail polish remover, cotton buds, cotton balls and make up remover to keep you going until you can get to the stores if you arrive to find you forgot something.
There will also be rolls of bathroom tissue in each bathroom.
You're on vacation, so of course you deserve a little pampering!
There are several services you can add such as daily housekeeping, or a mid-stay clean, even a personal chef.
Housekeeping includes cleaning all bathrooms, cleaning the kitchen and dishes, a general tidy up around the house, the laundering of used towels and the making of all beds.
You can take this service, daily, alternate days, or on set days to suit you.
Mid Stay Clean
A mid-stay clean includes all the above with the addition of the laundering of all linens and freshly making all beds, plus a thorough clean throughout the house leaving it sparkling.
Neither service includes the laundering of personal items.
How about your own personal chef? We can highly recommend a great chef who will come to the house and prepare dinner for you. Or breakfast and lunch if you prefer. He's a huge Disney enthusiast too, so he'll keep you enthralled with his insider knowledge! We have had several guests use him and they've thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Just ask us for details.
We offer two choices for the damage deposit.
Refundable Deposit Option
You can either select to pay a refundable deposit 2 days prior to arrival and this is refunded directly back to your credit card, usually on the day of your departure, but within 24 hours at the most.
Damage Waiver Option
Alternatively, and a lot more popular these days, we offer you a damage waiver option. You make a one off, non refundable payment which covers you for up to $1000 in accidental damage.
It's purely your choice, so just select whichever option fits your family better.
How Much is the Deposit?
The deposit to secure your dates is $300 which is deducted from the balance due.
When is the balance due?The final balance is payable 60 days prior to arrival

When is the security deposit refunded?Usually on the day of check out, but within 24 hours at the most.
Can the pool be heated?
Yes, we recommend pool heat between October to May. We have a gas system which ensures toasty warm water in the cooler winter months.
You generally don't need pool heat in the summer months as the water will be naturally heated to around 86 degrees. You can have it heated if you prefer warmer water though.
